FAMILY OF THE MONTH

The Family of the Month is one that lives traditional Christian family values and are recognized for doing so

SEPTEMBER 2021: THE BABCOCK FAMILY

The Babcock family recently moved to Florida and made Epiphany their new home, quickly becoming involved with their new church family.  Shawn is the Recording Secretary for the Knight of Columbus. He is learning and assisting in the various needs of the church. His wife, Tran keeps the home fires burning and is involved in getting to know her new church family. Both daughters, Shala and Riley are lecterns and enjoy singing in the choir. They are also part of the youth ministry.  The family works together giving their time to care for the elderly in their neighborhood.

AUGUST 2021: THE SOLIS FAMILY

Juan & Leslie Solis are involved in Faith Formation, Lenten and special gatherings. Juan is an airline mechanic & works with NASCAR. Leslie’s in Philanthropy for American Cancer Society. Their daughter, Sofia is part of Youth Ministry, an alter server, lecter and an intern assisting as faith admin.

MAY 2021: THE REIDERMANS

Ken, Connie and the Reidermans and extended family are involved just about everywhere you look at Epiphany. We are blessed to have them all in our Parish.

APRIL 2021: THE PARISIS

Phil and Mar are both Eucharistic Ministers, attend Adoration together, and help out at the food pantry. Mar is also a Laundry Angel, and Philip ushers at the 4pm Mass. They both took part in CHRP formation teams.

MARCH 2021: THE ROBERTS

Will is a supervisor with DCF and Joanne is the Director of the Pregnancy Crisis Center in Daytona. Will and their daughter Lauren have read at the 7am Mass for several years. They have also served on the RCIA leadership team, and sub in for Adoration when needed.

FEBRUARY 2021: THE SVAJKOS

Johnnie and sons are the Altar servers at 7AM Masses. Leigh is the Principal of Father Lopez High School. The Svajko family are a very visible and great example of a strong Catholic family through their involvement, dedication and service to our parish and community.

JANUARY 2021: THE KALTERS

Roger and Shirley Kalter are an amazing couple with great compassion for those in need. Roger is Head Usher at 7 AM Mass and Shirley is a Eucharistic Minister, Treasurer of ECCW and Instructor in Faith Formation. Both are very active in Christmas for Kids program providing gifts for local children in need.

DECEMBER 2020: THE PARKERS

Brother Knight Hugh Parker and his wife Jane  are a big part of the Music Ministry at Epiphany. Their son, Zach, is a member of our Council and the Parish Seminarian.

NOVEMBER 2020: THE FISHERS

Jake, Ellen, Faith & Jake Jr. are a wonderful example of a modern Catholic family. The Fishers are very active in Family Formation and special events. Ellen helped to bring the Children's Liturgy of the Word ministry to life.

OCTOBER 2020: THE ROBERTSONS

Brother Knight Tom Robertson and CJ McKenzie are being recognized for their dedication and involvement with Coffee & Donuts and Council Breakfasts. They are a familiar and friendly sight following 11 AM Mass in the Social Hall. Their hard work is greatly appreciated!
